Heart-Centered Counseling:
Individual, couple or family ~ Sessions at my office or distance counseling via phone.
Whether on your own or with your significant relationships, there are times when you just feel tired, frustrated or stuck. Learning to connect to and live from your heart will let you stop repeating the painful patterns that haven’t been working, will strengthen your relationships and will bring more clarity and joy to your life’s journey.
Heart-Filled Ceremonies:
Weddings, vow renewals, or commitment ceremonies ~ Ceremonies at my office or at the site of your choice.
You want to honor your unique relationship with a ceremony that supports you and that you will remember fondly through the years. With a planning process designed to help put you at ease, you are guided in selecting ceremony components which beautifully reflect your individual personalities including, if you desire, your specific spiritual and cultural traditions.
Prepare/Enrich Courses:
Premarital guidance or marital enrichment ~ Classes held at my office.
Designed for couples whose relationships are, overall, healthy, Prepare/Enrich helps strengthen skills for loving and compassionate communication. The premarital course is for ensuring a strong foundation for upcoming marriage or life-long union. The enrichment course is designed for married couples to review, reinforce, and enhance skills.
